As many of you know I'm a very busy person. Working full time, doing side job computer work, and of course my wonderful family. Some ask me when do you have time to do your scrapbooking? I simply reply, it's my unwinding at the end of the day. Scrapbooking is my hobby and my creative release. It lets me remember all the good, and yes, bad times and helps me to unwind at the end of the day. Sometime though getting pages done can seem stressful if you don't know where to start.
To help me get over this hurdle I've created these little notebooks. I print out the pages that I need, cut some covers from plastic folders, bind it together and decorate. Then as I take pictures I can write down important information. Later when I go to put the pages together I tear out the page for the event I want to scrapbook and it can stay with the page though the final steps.
This system works well for me because I've found that I'm most productive when I create pages in an assembly line style. I work though each step for all pages then move on to the next step. I especially like this because I get to revisit the even with each step and not just once when createing the whole page.
Anyway, the books completed are on the left and under that is an example of one of the pages. I used rub-ons and stamps from Close To My Heart for the main decorations with a few ribbons from walmart to complete the decorations.

I Love this idea. Maybe I will try something like it sometime.
